Challenge

A mismatch has arisen between the demand for care and the supply of care, as care provision is moving from hospitals and care institutions to the neighborhood. The professional is confronted with a changing client, with informal care and new care technology. This requires a new vision on education.

Solution

Within the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area, this Public Private Partnership is building three field labs: a buildings managed by a healthcare provider, in which an environment is created for continuous learning. Students, qualified healthcare professionals and teachers.

Role of the Health Factory

The HealthFactory supplies the project manager for the Fieldlab in Almere.
