Challenge

The Frisian (home)care institutions see three major challenges: the mismatch on the labour market, the provision of good care close to the client and the promotion of empowerment of both client and employee.

Solution

The project organises the Public Private Partnership and innovative power needed to renew elderly care. The three objectives are innovation (via care innovation labs), training (via apprenticeships) and knowledge sharing (via a care innovation portal and practical research).

Role of the HealthFactory

Through the organisation of a skills lab, the HealthFactory makes a contribution to promoting and stimulating the use of innovative technology within healthcare.
